Delivery Information
Natural Treats Ltd reserves the right to exchange products on online deliveries at our discretion for items of the same or greater value.
This is to ensure we get the products to you in good time and deliveries are not delayed, should you not wish for us to make any exchanges due to allergies please make a note of this on your order.
Delivery options:
- Shipping UK - Free Delivery for all orders over £60. Orders below £60 - £6 delivery charge. We aim to despatch your parcel next working day via UPS or Parcel Force - Next Day Delivery Service (1 - 2 working day service). Note: We do not post frozen products, any orders for shipping containing frozen goods will be cancelled.
- Click & Collect - place your order online and select time you'd like to collect it. This service is free of charge. We offer Click & Collect from our Warmley store only. If you'd prefer to collect your goods in our Chipping Sodbury shop please let us know in your Order Special instructions section (click on View your cart before the Check out) and allow a minimum of 24hrs for collection (we'll email once goods ready for collection).
- Local Delivery Bristol & surrounding areas - Free Delivery to all orders over £35. Orders below £35 - £6 delivery charge. All orders placed before Midday (12pm) will be delivered same day (weekdays only Monday to Friday, this service is not available on Bank holidays). Your order can be delivered anytime between 9am to 8pm, subject to number of orders received. If no answer at the door we will leave the box at the safe place and we'll text you (please make sure you have entered correct phone number). If you have a spare polybox from previous order, please leave it outside on your delivery day for our driver to collect it. BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS13, BS14, BS15, BS16, BS30, BS31, BS32, BS34, BS35, BS36, BS37, BS39, BA1, BA2, GL8, GL9, GL11, GL12.
- Local Delivery North Somerset. Free Delivery to all orders over £40. Orders below £40 - £6 delivery charge. All orders placed before Midday (12pm) will be delivered same day (weekdays only Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). BS20, BS21, BS22, BS23, BS24, BS25, BS26, BS27, BS28, BS29, BS40, BS41, BS48, BS49.
IMPORTANT! We use regular vans for our deliveries. We pack frozen orders in polyboxes, in them frozen food can be kept in for up to 48 hours. However if you order just one or couple of small frozen items it is practically impossible for us to keep it fully frozen, even in polyboxes. Partially defrosted product can be frozen again.
If you have any requests we try to do our best to accommodate it. Please use the Delivery Instructions section when placing your order. Sending an email or calling to the shop might lead that your request might not get to the right person or this might delay chance to accommodate it.
We are doing some local deliveries over the weekend as well but we are unable to guarantee weekend or Bank Holiday Day delivery. If you have run out and you have missed deadline, our Warmley shop is open 7 days a week (Monday to Saturday 10 - 6pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 12 - 3pm). You can either pop in or place an order for click & collect.
For customer living just outside the 15 miles radius, we're still happy to deliver frozen products (we post over courier all dry products and toys) but this might not be same day delivery service but next working day service. Please get in touch if you live further away for details.
